In-Home Holistic Consultation $500
This is our first house call visit appointment for people interested in a holistic approach to their pet's healthcare. If you are interested in starting acupuncture, cold-laser or herbal treatment for your pet this is the initial visit you will have. It includes a complete review of your pet's medical records and full physical exam of your pet. Also included in this session is either an acupuncture treatment, cold-laser treatment or herbal consultation. If multiple treatments are desired then additional treatments are an add-on cost (see below under add-on treatments). Please allow 2 hours.
In-Home Hospice Consultation $500
This is our first house call visit for people interested in hospice care for their pet. It includes a complete review of medical records, full physical exam of your pet, quality of life assessment, development of a pain management plan specific for your pet, nutritional and fluid recommendations, mobility assistance and nursing care recommendations. We will develop a customized treatment plan that works for your pet and your family. Holistic therapies (acupuncture, cold-laser, herbal treatment) can also be incorporated into your pet’s treatment plan at an additional cost (see below under add-on treatments). Please allow 2 hours.
In-Home Acupuncture Follow-up Appointment $250
An In-Home Holistic Consultation or In-Home Hospice Consultation is required first. This is a follow-up treatment. It includes a brief physical exam and a combination of dry needle, electroacupuncture, aquapuncture and/or laserpuncture. Please allow 60 minutes.
In-Home Hospice Follow-up Visits $250
An In-Home Hospice Consultation is required first. This is a follow-up treatment.
In-Home Cold Laser Follow-up Treatments 1 hour or less $250
An In-Home Holistic Consultation or In-Home Hospice Consultation is required first. This is a follow-up treatment. It is a fixed price and does not vary with time of treatment

Add-on Nutrition Consult with Home-made Diet Creation $100
This is an add-on service to our in-home holistic and hospice consultations, as well as our telemedicine appointments.
Add-on Cold Laser treatment
This is an add-on service to our in-home holistic consultation, in-home hospice consultation and in-home acupuncture follow-up appointment (see above). Cost is $40-$100 depending on time of treatment.

Telemedicine Appointment (Zoom-based) $250/hr
As of January 2024 we are now offering telemedicine appointments for anyone living in California. Initial consultations are 90-120 minutes ($375-$500) and follow up appointments are 60 minutes ($250). This visit includes a full review of medical records, a thorough history taking, Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine evaluation and detailed medical recommendations from Dr. Kim. This may include lifestyle modifications, dietary recommendations, supplement and essential oil recommendations, and any herbal recommendations (Chinese and/or Western). Herbal medications, if prescribed, are at an additional cost and can be shipped anywhere in California. If a specialized home-made diet recipe is desired this can also be done for an additional cost (see above). A credit card will be taken prior to the visit and we have a 48 hour cancellation window to avoid the cancellation fee of 50% of the visit cost.

Napa Valley Holistic Veterinary Services unfortunately cannot travel over 45 minutes for house calls. We do not service the Vallejo or Fairfield areas. We service only the Napa Valley (Napa, Yountville, Saint Helena, Calistoga) and the towns of Sonoma and American Canyon.
